AMD stock didn’t experience many insider sales in 2024
Despite some sizable insider sales of AMD stock by its higher executives, AMD stock recorded only nine insider sales overall in 2024.
However, despite these nine sales, there were zero buys of AMD stock, which can be justified by its weaker fundamental performance, considering a highly competitive semiconductor sector dominated by Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA).
